Hi @Steve8922
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
To disable the "Caps Lock On/Off" on-screen notification on your HP Envy x360 14-inch 2-in-1 Laptop, you can try the following steps:
1. Disable Notifications via HP Software
- Open the HP Support Assistant or HP System Event Utility (if installed).
- Look for settings related to Keyboard Notifications or On-Screen Display.
- Disable the option for "Caps Lock On/Off" notifications.
2. Adjust Windows Settings
- Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard.
- Scroll down to the Toggle Keys section.
- Turn off the option for "Play a sound whenever you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock."
3. Update or Disable Keyboard Drivers
- Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu).
- Expand Keyboards and right-click on your keyboard driver.
- Select Update Driver or Disable Device (if you’re using an external keyboard).
