Hi @Steve8922

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

To disable the "Caps Lock On/Off" on-screen notification on your HP Envy x360 14-inch 2-in-1 Laptop, you can try the following steps:

1. Disable Notifications via HP Software

  1. Open the HP Support Assistant or HP System Event Utility (if installed).
  2. Look for settings related to Keyboard Notifications or On-Screen Display.
  3. Disable the option for "Caps Lock On/Off" notifications.

2. Adjust Windows Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Toggle Keys section.
  3. Turn off the option for "Play a sound whenever you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, or Scroll Lock."

3. Update or Disable Keyboard Drivers

  1. Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu).
  2. Expand Keyboards and right-click on your keyboard driver.
  3. Select Update Driver or Disable Device (if you’re using an external keyboard).

Take care, and have an amazing day!
