Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Since I formatted my notbook, the fingerprint reader software has not worked, I had already formatted my laptop on previous occasions and I had never had this problem, the BIOS is updated to version F.32, that is, the last one, the truth I do not know why it will happen, one day I tried to update the firmwares that are in the official hp drivers patina for my notebook and it may have been that, although I think the firwares that are to update are the touchscreen, the hard disk and I do not know any more so I have doubts that it was because of this, please any advice will be of help, I really need to solve this. Thank you. PD: I have the version 1809 of windows 10 64 bits, as you can see, the drivers of the device if they are installed but it says that it is not loaded by an error.

Hello,
Thank you for helping me, your answer is very good, sometimes it bothers me that they answer something so short that even the text with which they ask that if it was helpful is accepted as a solution as thanks for the help.

1-Do you think that if I no longer have any hardware that has problems with the drivers?, should I leave it like this or keep updating?, for example: HP does not provide drivers for the batteries or for the monitor, but I am using Driver Booster Pro, and this program finds driver of the year 2015 for the battery and for the monitor, since the ones that Microsoft installs by default are from the year 2006, should I install them ?,

2-What about some drivers that are installed but are too old (from 1970), but I installed all that HP provides.

I'll leave evidence below so you know what I'm talking about.

Appreciate your efforts!

I'm not sure how the third party driver works.
