I have a problem with my HP Spectre x360. The Touchpad/Click pad works but I need the Synaptics control panel so that I adjust the settings. The Windows app to adjust sensitivity doesn't do anything.
How can I get or download the Synaptics control panel for this version of Windows 10
I am running Windows 10 v2004.
Thank you.

Thank you for the information.
I recommend you uninstall the touchpad driver from the device manager and then download and install it from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100932.exe
Here is how it is done.
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi,
I uninstalled the driver as suggested.
On trying to install the new driver sp100932 I get an error message saying
"The driver is not supported on this version os version (10.0.19041)."
I understand the sp100932 is for Windows 10 v1909. My version of Windows 10 is v2004 ...
Just to note: there is a Synaptics TPFHID device under Human Interface Devices ...
Thank you for your help thus far.
