I tried to reset my laptop and in doing so I think I wiped everything off of it now all I get when I turn it on is *memory test* hard disk check language exit how can I fix this and reinstall Windows back on to my device

try the tests for check
If the hard drive is ok, you have different functions compared to the original windows version, and the one that was in place
if you have installed windows 10 for example, but you do not have the media recovery, try with the microsoft media directly
