  • I have just installed a new equivalent mother board in my HP Pavilion 17-e130us (Energy Star). When I power on.. it says
  • "The Following product information programmed into the system board is missing:"
  • "00A-Product Name"
  • "00A-Serial Number"
  • "00A-Product Number"
  • Pressing "Enter" continues to Windows 10 Pro & no other issues.
  • Respectfully requesting "How do I thee Consumer input the missing product information?"

Hello @KrazyToad, I did exactly your instructions before posting here on HP Community. The first phone number was to HP Repair center uBreakiFix they answered the telecommunications cold call, on location was engaged by an employee where this employee said "they are not an hp repair center" , "do not hp hp repair equipment" & "in 2:3 weeks he could ask the Owner of uBreakiFix.com if they may or may not tattoo the motherboard/bios. My next action was to the other choice from hp.com/support where KrazyToad you have indicated in your reply messaged post; this took me to Micro Center (Sales and Service), they did not answer the telecommunications cold call letting the wait for costomer assistance about 30 minutes on my homestead landline.. then travel to location waited according to checkin arrival & was recieved in order to a tech counter service repair technician explained in detail the hp trouble shooter instruction about system board ct number & such I was respodsible for when procuring repair order and was told they do not know exactly know how to fix it were not capible because of not having prepared hp repair equipment. So I posted this message comprehending hp online troubleshooting. I also explained in detail where I found their combined contact informantion on hp.com support pages they both denyed it with great effort.

Thank you for your reply.. I passed microsoft qbasic national public school testing and will do it myself.

Sincerely, Edward Fink II 況閪哦 T1997937I/11
