HP Support Assistant The system couldn't open the device or file

Take your pick.

I tried to install the new Hp Assistant, but it said it was the wrong version and

gave me an error:- 110 The system could not open the file specified.

Where do I find the right version of the
HP Support Assistant?

After trying and trying, I can't download or install anything. Why? I have a BIOS and many drivers to update. How do I get them and install them? Is this the only place I can get them?
