The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28) - PCI device and Unknown device.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i using my usb mouse, it suddenly stopped to working and gives this warnings (in the first and second picture), after that i inspected device manager and see that drivers has dissappeared (3rd and 4th pictures). i couldnt find any driver for this device. My device hardware  id is:
