I purchased the Samsung M7 monitor a few days ago, and the thunderbolt 3 connection seems to be failing.
I used different cables, and I checked that other devices work, but only my computer seems to fail at recognizing the monitor.
After checking the Thunderbolt Control Center it seems like no device is even connected to the computer, even though the monitor recognizes the computer and waits for input.
Already tried updating the BIOS, the thunderbolt drivers, the thunderbolt firmware, and all the other options that the HP support assistant has to offer.
Would love to have it figured out because this is really frustrating.
