Hi there
I have a problem with my notebook sensor screen and touch pad functionality. Time after time when I switch on my notebook those are not reacting on the touch and not working. The only thing helps is to restart the computer, sometimes few times in row. But sometimes it works after switching on computer without restarting it. So, one time it works, another time - not anymore. I cannot understand what is the exact problem, what makes it disable? I switching off notebook accurately, it does not crush, I don’t interrupt any processes, but close all working programs first, make sure it’s ok to finish work.
The notebook model is HP Spectre x360 15-eb0100nd 2020, brand new, just about a month using, all software is updated including drivers.
I sow suggestion do not allow devices (keyboard, mouse etc on the Device manager panel)to turn off automatically after switching off computer for saving up energy, but I cannot find these settings option, they are not available on the Device manager panel
I would appreciate suggestions and help
