Touchpad and touch screen issues

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x360 15-eb0100nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there

I have a problem with  my notebook sensor screen and touch pad functionality. Time after time when I switch on my notebook those are not reacting on the touch and not working. The only thing helps is to restart the computer, sometimes few times in row. But sometimes it works after switching on computer without restarting it. So, one time it works, another time - not anymore. I cannot understand what is the exact problem, what makes it disable? I switching off notebook accurately, it does not crush, I don’t interrupt any processes, but close all working programs first, make sure it’s ok to finish work.

The notebook model is HP Spectre x360 15-eb0100nd 2020, brand new, just about a month using, all software is updated including drivers.

I sow suggestion do not allow devices (keyboard, mouse etc on the Device manager panel)to turn off automatically after switching off computer for saving up energy, but I cannot find these settings option, they are not available on the Device manager panel

I would appreciate suggestions and help

Hi, thank you very much for your support and suggestions!

I upgraded the software following your links and after restarting the computer until now I did not face the previous described issues.

I will check it in coming days to make sure but hope that problem is solved.
