Thanks in advance for any assistance.

My touchpad is not working, I've read many article and forums. When I go to my Windows 10 settings, Devices, Mouse & Touch pad, additional mouse options, there is no tab or option for the touchpad, only the mouse.

Any ideas?

Wow, after tons of seraching you have given me the answer, a reset by pulling the battery and holding the power button for 15 seconds, very simple and it worked like magic. Didn't have to update any drivers. I'm grateful, thank you GBL84!
