I have had my Notebook for slightly under a year. I am completely confused as to what is going on with my touchpad. It moves randomly and functionality is minimum. I performed a diagnostic test and these failure ID prompted:
Those Failure Codes indicate Mouse Movement Failure and Mouse Button Failure failures.
Since this is a Hardware issue please contact HP Support for Service Options
