Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I use my M1 key as I attempt to open a folder,periodically I would need to click the M1 key 1-5 times before the folder would open and sometimes even register.When I use a scroll bar in any software the M1 key will work as though it would be held down the same is for when I click the M1 key on a link,folder and software icon it's as though the M1 key is being held down.  

Driver: Synatpics SMBus touchpad v19.5.35.50
