Dear experts. I have just changed my mobile to an Alcatel one touch, which is a cheap but all I need phone. I have been trying to move a photo from my mobile to my HP photo programme. When I use "Import photos" my mobile does not show. The hidden icons does not show that my safely removed storeage has been replace either. What am I doing wrong please. Simple terms please, I am 80 and non tech.

You need to install the software/driver from Alcatel so it connects to your phone to connect to the Notepad otherwise if you can't get this to work it will not connect.
Windows 10 drivers may be available through Windows Update
Click 'Learn More' below for steps on using Windows Update to determine what drivers might be available for your product. Please be aware that HP does not guarantee Windows 10 drivers will be available from Windows Update.
