Hi

Possibilties may include, Taking a Note of the W10 Licence/Activation Key.

Making an installable DVD/USB of W10 using the Microsoft Creation Tool from here...

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

If you still have the original W7 Recovery Area on the Laptop then an F11 would put it back to Factory Fresh.

This would have all the necessary drivers I believe.

If during the W10 install the Disk was converted to Secure Boot and GPT, then it may need returning to the original state, but that may happen automatically for you if you do an F11.

If in doubt please ask.

Hi, @mixgaming

If your model comes with a DVD, take the ISO file you downloaded, and burn it to a DVD using your DVD burning program's burn ISO option.

A DVD makes it easier to install W7 on these new machines, believe it or not.

The problem you have is that W7 does not have the USB3 drivers necessary to continue to install.

If you don't have a DVD burning program to burn ISO files with, I use this free software...

https://cdburnerxp.se/en/download

If your notebook does not have a DVD drive, then I have zipped up and attached the USB 3 drivers you need below, to load in order for W7 to finish installing.

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

Copy the contents of the folder to a USB flash drive.

On the below windows installation screen, click on the Load Driver option and browse to the USB drive with the drivers on it.  You can check the box to only include the compatible driver, and hopefully W7 will continue to install.
