Hi,

I have performed a clean installation of windows  10 in my laptop.

I have one issue. In device manager there is an unknown device. How to find out which device is so to install the correct driver?

 Device instance path is ACPI\HPQ0004\3&11583659&0

Thanks in advance,

Hi:

You need this driver for that device...

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.

You're very welcome.

I guess you can try reinstalling the driver because that is definitely the one you need.
