Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I would very much appreciate some help locating a driver

I am getting unknown device exclamation mark in control panel

I unfortunately have no idea what that device is but This is what I know

 

Device instance path is ACPI|HPQ004\2&DABA3FF&0

 

And Hardware ids 

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_004

ACPI\HPQ004

*HPQ004

 

Machine is DV7-7012nr running W10Pro 64

You need this driver for that device...

 

This package provides the HP 3D DriveGuard software for supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. HP 3D DriveGuard protects the hard drive by "parking the heads" if the notebook is accidentally dropped or is abruptly impacted by another object.
