Hello, I bought my Spectre x360 - 15-df0006nl in Italy via Amazon. After creating an HP account and registering the product, I purchased the extended warranty (Carepack). My warranty is in effect until May 2022. Now I want to sell the computer. It says on the warranty agreement that I can transfer the warranty by providing HP with the new owner's details; however, after having asked for confirmation via email to HP Italy, the Carepack service, from the email address [content removed], replied that it is not possible to transfer the warranty. When I complained and showed them the warranty agreement, they stopped responding! But what the hell is happening to HP Italy? What should I do ? Now the new owner wants to activate the guarantee in his name, but I have no answers and despite having written some emails, HP Italy does not respond!
Please help me !
Thanks.

Hi @Sikander74
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
For an extended warranty transfer, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!

Greetings. I apologize, but reading your reply it appears that you have not read the previous message. I have already contacted HP Italy, and they first gave me an answer contrary to the warranty contract, and when I pointed out to them that the contract was written differently they stopped answering me! I hope at least you don't want to repeat this policy. I'm really starting to get worried about how HP treats customers!
