Hey guys, having an issue here. I recently factory restored my laptop and now running into a problem. When i plug anything to my USB 2.0 ports (left side of laptop), there isnt any feed back as in there is no drivers being installed. For instance when i plug my mouse in, its giving it power but i dont see any drivers being installed for the mouse so that it can be used. Same goes for when i plug in my external hard drive, it turns on but can't be used. My USB 3.0 ports are working correctly. Im sure this is a driver issue that needs to be installed on my laptop i just dont know which one. Thanks for the help!

According to the user guide the ports on the left side are the USB 3 ports, chapter 2, page 12, item 5.

You need to install the AMD chipset driver for W7 from the link below.
https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-8-series-chipsets/890fx
Restart the PC after installing the driver.
