Hello @Vilkku
( The weirdest errors can be fixed by reinstalling the operating system )
Before you do anything else ...
(1) Test your hardware Using the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI)
--->>> Perform <all> tests
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2854458-2733239-16
See section <Running HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tests when Windows doesn't start>
See how it works:

(2) Please report your results ( error messages, take pictures )

Here are the solutions you can try. You don’t need to try them all; Just work your way down until your problem is solved.
Re-plug the USB drive
Try another USB port
Change the settings in BIOS
Change the ISO file format

Hello,
there is a hardware diagnostics tool in HP laptops. Once the computer is restarting, press Esc and you´re in. I ran the USB diagnostics and it returned a diagnostics code
9TQBVS-B1UB89-XD7V4K-8D1E03
This was related to hardware issues. HP customer care center replaced the computers usbboard as part of the guarantee and now it´s working.
The solution was achieved by contacting HP services via phone.
