I do not see any BIOS drivers available for your notebook on the HP site, that works with Windows 7.  Try this one, and let me know the results: sp64881.exe

I want to know that if I install windows 8 in my laptop and then restore bios to default settings, will it boot without legacy boot.

There are BIOS drivers available for Windows 8.  So if you choose to upgrade, it may be a possibility.  You can find drivers for your product here: HP Pavilion 15-e053se Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)

I have upgraded to windows 8 and now I am using UEFI to install windows 8 but I still cannot install bios. It says (This bios is not allow to flash). Can you read the contents of my laptop's F.24 A bios. So, you can tell me that can I downgrade my bios or not but please try to help me.

Try this: sp69897.exe

If that BIOS does not work, then try the previous version here: sp66867.exe

The sp69897 is working but it's F.24 I want the F.21 or F.08. Please help me we are close to the solution and the other F.23 you give me is not working.

Only in F.24 A it shows that the bios can install and it is compatible but in other bios versions it says (bios is not compatible) with this system. Thank You.
