Hello
I am unable to activate windows.

I get the troubleshooting screen and nothing, Server unavailable.
I don't see a product key anywhere in the box or on the system itself.

Is there a way to get the product keey off the system??

   Thanks in advance

Hi:

Install the free showkey plus app from the Microsoft store so you can see the OEM product key in the BIOS.

Get ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Store

See if you can activate W10 by changing the 'Installed key' to the OEM key from the report.

You can change the product key by going to Settings>Update & Security>Activation>Change Product Key
