Hi,

 

I just bought my HP laptop and I cannot activate the pre-installed Office apps. On the laptop body, the sticker says "Don't forget to activate Office 2021..." However, the pre-installed Office version on my laptop is Microsoft 365 family. And, I did what the assistant from the store (where I bought it) told me. I created new MS account, but still keeps on asking for activation code. Please help.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Most HP laptops come with "Demo" versions of Office...  Unless you paid in advance, and received an Office Activation Code via email, you are trying to activate an app that will only run for 30 days...
