Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help. I cannot attach file and send emails in my yahoo account using my HP laptop, but in my Gmail I can. I think only in this laptop because I can send emails using my yahoo account using my moblie phone. What will I do? Thank you very much.

I don't know what is going on with Yahoo mail now. From 21-May-2019 my Yahoo mail bounced few times. I sent to a list of recipients but only around 50% get my emails and their CONTENTS missing. For example: I sent 6 attachments but some people get 4, some get 5 and some get 6.

 

HP laptops have nothing do do with Yahoo mail.
