 After starting the computer, I can't go through the Pin code, I can't press anything or solve the problem. It just shows me if I want to run the application in the Store and after clicking on "yes" nothing is done.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
