Product: HPLAPTOP 17.3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just purchased  HP 17.3 laptop, and now unable to open documents in my email account Trying to determine what software is stopping this from occurring.

I have Office 365, not sure if that is part of the problem.

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.

For help with this issue, you have to contact the vendor of the application or their support forum.

 

If there is no longer any forum you can contact, then you will have to do online searches to try and find the answer.
