In my Device Manager, it shows me an Unknown Device.

Device Instance Path - ACPI\INT3400\2&DABA3FF&0
Hardware ID - ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_3400

 

I have been trying to look for a solution and the missing driver for this, but I could not find the suitable one.

Hi, @Shahbaz101 

 

The problem is the device that needs the driver can be installed by two different drivers, and you have to take a chance on which one is the one you need that will work.

 

Try this driver first then restart the PC...

 

Intel Chipset Installation Utility

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101001-101500/sp101171.exe 

 

If the Intel chipset driver does not install the unknown device, then this driver will...

 

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95001-95500/sp95216.exe

I tried that step already and also tried updating from Device Manager. Unfortunaely it did not work
