HP Recommended

As I wrote yesterday, I have no idea what it does.

 

I even googled it and can't find any relevant info.

 

There is one thing I did find and that Lenovo actually makes a driver for that device.

 

This is an auto install file.  You cannot manually install the driver.

 

You might want to give it a try at this point...

 

I would uninstall the device again before trying this driver.
