Dear Paul Tikken,

 

I am hoping you will assist me again on this one.

There are two unknown devices inside Device Manager -> Other devices

I did my research on how to find the unknown device here https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/ (which you provided inside the community)

Here are the two devices
1.
ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33A0
ACPI\INT33A0
*INT33A0

2.
USB\VID_138A&PID_0050&REV_0060
USB\VID_138A&PID_0050

ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_33A0:

 

Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp65001-65500/sp65233.exe 

 

USB\VID_138A&PID_0050;

 

Validity Fingerprint Sensor Driver

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63001-63500/sp63418.exe

 

If you use the fingerprint reader to log in to Windows, you need to install this software as well...

 

HP SimplePass Identity Protection Software

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp86501-87000/sp86959.exe
