I like to gain access to the advanced settings in the Bios of my pc. I like to change the VRAM from 512mb to 2gb. I did purchase and install two 8gb sticks of RAM into the notebook so I had plenty of RAM to increase the VRAM amount on the APU. Thank you for taking the time for reading this I hope this can be resolved without using a third-party program.

Sorry, but OEMs lock out the advanced BIOS options to prevent customers from making changes to options that can destabilize or otherwise damgage the PC -- and then send it back for repair under warranty claiming they did nothing to it.

Okay, my warranty has expired back in 2013. So is there a third-party program that can be used? I am able to service my own computer my notebook PC was having some overheating issue I just needed to replace the thermal paste and the issue was fixed. I replace the hard drive with an SSD, replace the battery with a new battery, add more RAM and reinstall the OS. So I'm fully capable of servicing my own machine. Thank you for your understanding and help so far.
