Purchased HP laptop on 23/09/2025, delivered 29/09/2025, but warranty shows expired on 11/01/2025. Complained on 30/09/2025, no resolution despite follow-ups. Promised update by 06/10/2025 not received; only told to wait 24–48–72 hrs. Need clear reply on warranty extension. Don’t force me to approach consumer court. Respond within 24 hrs.
