Product: Envy 17 Product # E1P13AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy laptop came with Windows Excel OS and was updated by Windows several years ago but the Beats control panel software was not updated with the update, how do I update the Beats control panel software to Windows 10 version 1903?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to install this W10 IDT driver with Beats Audio from a newer model notebook and restart the PC...
