Upgrading your HP 15-r011dx Notebook to Windows 11 depends on whether it meets the system requirements. You can check compatibility using Microsoft's PC Health Check tool. If it’s compatible, you can upgrade, but if not, you might need to stick with Windows 10 or consider a hardware upgrade. Let me know if you need help with the process

Your notebook's processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum hardware requirements for W11.
The processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum processor requirements, and your notebook does not have a TPM 2.0 security device.
If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
When W11 24H2 comes out, things have changed a bit, so watch this video for how to update your W11 23H2 installation to 24H2.

You might even be able to use this video to upgrade from W10 to 23H2.
