Please give advice do I need to update my Intel (R) Iris (R) Xe Graphic driver if my notebook has installed Nvidia 450MX graphic card.  It is the warning given by the Intel Official Website that we need to ask HP of custom setting before we update the driver. The current driver is version 30.0.101.1191 but the new driver version is 30.0.101.5333.   Thank you.

You can only use the official HP Intel graphics drivers when your notebook has the switchable graphics adapters.

If you attempt to update the Intel graphics driver from the Intel website, it will cause the Nvidia graphics not to work.

In other words, the notebook won't automatically switch to the Nvidia graphics when a load is placed on the Intel GPU.

Should I have updated once before, can I go back to the original setting?  Or say, is my switchable graphics adapter still working normally in my notebook?  Where and how can I find and load it?

HP Recommended

The only way to tell if the switchable graphics is still working is to run a game or some program that demands a more powerful graphics adapter than the Intel one.
