I keep receiving the message "New Radeon Software updates available. But I don't know what to do with that message. Where can I update the Radeon software.
This is a new laptop.

The issue is resolved. HP Support sent me a link to the Radeon website so I looked for updates. I updated the Recommended update and I've not received any messages any more.
Just to let you know, Radeon does not show up in my list of Apps running, only as a Process in Task Manager.
Thanks for your help though.

This is a notification provided by AMD.
If you check in the system try on the right, you should have a box with a bunch of icons in it. In there, you should see an icon that is red and looks a little like a flower -- that is the Radeon Software icon. You right-click it and open it and it will show the current Radeon software version and the available update.
You run this to update the Radeon software and drivers.

Thank you. I don't see what you're talking about.
Do you mean "system tray"? Is that the up arrow on my task bar? if so there is no icon that is red and looks like a flower. My box of icons show Skype, Dropbox, Windows Security, Nero BackItUp, but NO red icon. Am I looking in the right place?
Please advise.

Yes, you ARE looking in the right place.
It could be that the software is not actually running, so look in Applications and see if it is listed there.
I run two different Win10 versions on the same hardware. One has Radeon Software installed directly from AMD; the other has Radeon drivers installed via Windows Update. The one with the Radeon Software gets update notifications like the ones you are seeing; the one with only drivers does not.
So that forces me to presume you have Radeon Software installed. If you do not, then I don't know what to tell you.

It does not run as an Application.
And the message I received (12+ times around 10am today) does nothing when I click on it. It's just a notification.
I also contacted HP Support via Messenger and was a link to Radeon. So I went there and checked/looked for drivers or updates. I found two but clicked on just the one.
After updating that one, I see it as a Process in the Task Manager, but not an Application.
Thanks.

I ran into a similar issue yesterday when the Radeon icon disappeared from the notification area.
So, I went into the Applications list, relaunched it -- and then the icon was back. In rebooted and now, it is still back.
So, something odd is going on with the Radeon Software.
