Hello, is it safe to update chipset drivers with official AMD ones that i downloaded from their site?

Yes, downloading both Chipset driver and GPU driver (if have one) is safe for AMDs GPU. Most stability issues are occured on Intel side. You can safely use drivers directly from amd site.
