User Guide, Maintenance, and Service Guide "Page Not Found"

I have a HP Notebook 15-dy1078nr.  Whenever i search for their "Maintenance and Service Guide" and "User Guide" , I receive the "Page not found" error.  The warranty just recently expired in May, so this is a fairly new laptop.   Is there a reason why the manuals cannot be located? and how can i get my hands on them?

Hi:

HP never released a service manual for your notebook's model series.

The only one available is for the 15-dy0xxx model series which is linked to your notebook's user guides page.

A good deal of folks are having issues with the manuals not downloading recently.

Thanks for the reply.  Each link you sent me is exactly what my question is referring to.  It only shows hyperlinks to different HP products, but don't show the guides.

Sorry, but I don't understand what you are trying to tell me.

I have you the two links to the Maintenance and Service Guide and the User Guides HP has on your notebook's support page.

As I explained to you earlier...HP never published a service manual for the 15-dy1xxx model series.

They only issued one for the 15-dy0xxx model series.

What you are looking for does not exist.

The user guide...if the one I posted from the 15-dy1078nr support page, does not in any way match your notebook, unfortunately there is no one here that can help you with that.

Chapter 2 of the service manual also serves as kind of a user guide.

Hey, i get what you are saying.  I understand that they issued only one for the 15-0xxx model series.  But i can't find it.  Can you?  The user guide link that you posted, do not have any content inside.  Maybe I just have bad luck.  If you found it off your link, please post the photo of the user guide inside this forum. I'm sure it will help many people like me who can't find it.

The user guide I have zipped up and attached below since it exceeds the 5 MB forum attachment limit.

The maintenance and service guide is too large to even zip as an attachment, so I have uploaded the manual to my Skydive folder and shared the link to my folder with you below.

It's the only pdf file in the directory.
