Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Domain user Windows button, search bar and network settings not working. Have logged in as domain administrator and another domain user and they work. Any ideas?

Domains are private networks administered solely by companies -- and we have nothing whatsoever to do with those.
You will have to contact the company whose domain you are accessing.
