Hello HP Support Team,

I am facing an issue with my HP Victus Gaming Laptop. The built-in camera is not working, and it does not appear in the Device Manager, even after selecting “Show hidden devices.”

It seems that the camera drivers are missing or not installed properly on my Windows 11 system. I have already:

  • Checked Windows Updates (system is up to date)

  • Scanned for hardware changes in Device Manager

  • Tried installing drivers using HP Support Assistant

  • Restarted the laptop multiple times

However, the camera still does not show up or function.

I would appreciate your assistance in:

  1. Providing the correct camera driver download link or software package for my model.

  2. Guiding me through the process of restoring or reinstalling the camera driver in Windows 11.

Thank you for your support.
