Hello, if anyone from HP Support picks this up I would be greatfull.

I have been looking for a more official way to identify my CPU capabailities and find the Intel Processor Identification Utility.

Strange thing is happening. When I  have VTx and/or VTd enabled in BIOS the Utiliyu shows that the processor is NOT supporting Virtualization technology...

When I uncheck Vtx and/or VTd in BIOS it actualy states that it supports Virtualization...

As previouslly mentioned, I have a m5-6Y57 CPU...

Can someone advise should I send my LT to service?

Pritnscreens attached.
