Normally NO, they come with TRAIL anti virus software from third party vendors and after 1 month or 2 if you wish to keep you have to pay.

 

Sometimes, during promotion periods, with a bit of luck you can get free anti-virus product for one year or so.

 

But, Windows 10 has Windows Defender built-in. It is not 100% (same as other anti-virus software) but OK and you will get update monthly (or more/less) for free.
