Late November 2024 I purchased a new laptop HP Envy 17t-da000, and it does not show on my support page, nor can I add it, the serial number is correct as well as the product number, it still will not add, so I called HP support, and the girl said she would add it; she then went on to try to sell me other added services. It's been 2 weeks; so I tried to complete a warranty dispute, but I can't do that either, because it won't let me add the laptop serial and model, which yes, it is correct, the support girl did verify it on the phone. Can anyone help me?

It says TRY LATER. This time of the year, the process could be slower. Where did you buy your machine ? In my case (I only own 4 HP machines but registered many more before) HPSA will find out my machines and register for me. One machine, the retailer registered for me after I left the shop.
