Late November 2024 I purchased a new laptop HP Envy 17t-da000, and it does not show on my support page, nor can I add it, the serial number is correct as well as the product number, it still will not add, so I called HP support, and the girl said she would add it; she then went on to try to sell me other added services.  It's been 2 weeks; so I tried to complete a warranty dispute, but I can't do that either, because it won't let me add the laptop serial and model, which yes, it is correct, the support girl did verify it on the phone.  Can anyone help me?

HP Envy 17t-da000 is a CTO machine. You have to use support page for the whole series of HP Envy 17-da0000 machines, which is

On the page you listed it does show it is active, but it won't let me add it to my desktop dashboard.  It tells me the serial number is wrong, and then the warranty is pending?

Something went wrong, and the selected devices cannot be added to the dashboard. Please try again later.It has been 4 weeks now.  The product and serial number is correct.  Why can't I add it?

It says TRY LATER.  This time of the year, the process could be slower. Where did you buy your machine ? In my case (I only own 4 HP machines but registered many more before) HPSA will find out my machines and register for me. One machine, the retailer registered for me after I left the shop.
