Sorry, I don't understand well .

 

The initial setup has NOT asked to perform a recovery , however I have BOTH created a Recovery DISK from HP utility, and a different one fron the Win 10 System Recovery disk options , using 2 different USB keys .

 

However, if the Recovery disk created trough HP utility use the HP windows images, that should correspond to the current system, I don't see how to perform the Recovery disk from the same image that is not currently working, could solve the issue .

It looks like the recovery creation did not complete successfully. So you might have issue performing recovery using the USB recovery.

 

However, Please contact HP and order a set of recovery kit that should take care of the issue you have on your PC.
