Hi.went to ho office today and got know that my laptop got 3FO error and made to contact customer care..and the customer care registered my case and have case number and asked to us to cal to **bleep** number again and to video call to troubleshoot eroors..but I am not connecting to my agent.

I don't think they call you back, my going problem for more than a month now, they gave me few ETA dates few times and say to call me back or email me BUT no chance. Any time I get to the WhatsApp session I meet a new agent.
