Need to check whether the Windows 11 pro is installed by OEM  or not.
And the serial number is not a valid one on this website

Enter the serial number of your notebook at the link below and it should tell you if the notebook came with W11 from HP:

The product number of your notebook indicates that the motherboard could have come with a Windows product key in the BIOS or with no product key in the BIOS.
