Please guide how to remove requirement of Password Word at Startup / opening the laptop

Assuming you are referring to the password requirement for Windows, that is possible but HIGHLY discouraged.  Doing what is asked about will allow anyone that happens along to open the computer and do whatever they want, plus have access to any data that is on there.

If you wish to continue with that endeavor, I suggest you Google for that information as HP will not issue the procedure.

If the password requirement is part of the BIOS and not of Windows, that is normally no password required, unless a previous owner set it.  We cannot help on the forum with that, either.
