I have an HP Notebook Laptop that I purchased back on December 4th, 2018. After my manufacturer's warranty was up, I purchased an extended warranty that expired on December 4th, 2021. I let this slide without renewing it in time, but I would really like to renew the extended warranty now in case I have any issues come up where I need service done to the laptop. I did not have much luck with using the virtual assistant or attempting to contact a customer service representative over the phone, and I would really appreciate some help/advice. All I want is to figure out how to purchase/renew my extended warranty. Thank you!
