I purchased the listed DEVICE, new, on the 30/12/2024. HP Support Assistant indicates START 27/10/23. ESTIMATED END DATE 26/10/2024.

I've had an email from HP regarding the purchase. I would like the correct Warranty Information displayed.

START 30/12/24 ESTIMATED END DATE 29/12/2025.

I hope there's a quick resolution to this issue.

Best regards.

It has taken since the purchase of the device in late December 2024, until today 6/FEB/2025 to find the correct UK HP Department for Customer Services, and their contact details, and what they require to solve the issue.

So, FYI, in the UK, if you need to contact HP regarding their own Bundled Software indicating incorrect data. eMail, 'Ukcust.serv@hp.com'.

Tried another browser. NO GO ! The 2-lines underneath HP has checked your product . . isn't displayed on the page.

Can't this problem be taken up by a moderator to chase-up ?

Note:

If the dispute link is not displayed, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online.

It seems this cannot be done online, you will have to contact an agent, sorry.

No, I'm not a Business, I'm a Private User. I'm not getting anywhere with correcting the Warranty Details.

What bad customer relations !

This forum is just user to user help.  If there is a problem with the HP support assistant giving the incorrect info you need to talk to the sales agent or an HP agent.

OK ! Let's see a link to an HP Agent, to sort the problem to a conclusion.

I provided links to agent contacts earlier. They are the only ones I know of. I do not know of any HP phone numbers and any phone numbers posted on this site are phishing phone numbers that are deleted as soon as possible.

On the contact information page I see the following

"Some contact options require an active warranty."

If you cannot contact HP about the problem then go to where you bought the system. It may be a fake or used or refurbished system.  Some vendors offer their own warranty that even exceeds the  HP one.   Costco is one such company.

I once bought a fake gtx-1050ti on eBay and was able to return it in time for a refund.

I flagged your post earlier for moderator to look at.
