HI,
I have submitted a case for warranty dispute. My warranty for the notebook shows as expired, however its only 6 months so far that I have purchased. Warranty should still be there for an year and should expire in November-2020. I have submitted the proof of purchase as well.
Case number:[ Private information removed]

Doing a search with case number results in no case found. I haven't heard any updates on it so far. Kindly help.
