Purchased the laptop brand new December last year, it now says the warranty has expired. Used this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16 but the dispute link doesn't work. Very frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue? Tried the virtual agent but that wasn't helpful.
